“Lucky for me Katharine Gilpin was offering her playshop at the annual Heartworks Women’s Retreat. While I’m normally intimidated by the idea of role play and the concept of change, Katharine’s bright and welcoming energy made it easy and fun to participate in the enlightening activities. She had us thinking deeply and laughing hysterically. With Katharine’s and the group’s help, I found I could take on some new, positive vocabulary about myself and stand more proudly in the limelight.”

“Attending this playshop was an inspiration. Katharine has a way of questioning to draw out obstacles we put in our own way from our fears and beliefs. She can put you in the hot sit in a direct but loving way. Who else will probe you and challenge you like that? Making an affirmation and declaration in front of the group was an excellent exercise. It not only made me put forth an intention but made me accountable for it. The class was fun, intimate, safe and encouraging.
I enjoyed cheering on my friends as they made their declarations. You have my vote ✅Katharine Gilpin, as an excellent facilitator! You have my vote ✅Katharine Gilpin, for providing an excellent growth experience!”
