- Opens with a simple, guided meditation, to awaken your intuition. I will safely and discreetly lead you on a journey and help you to recall the essence of a time and place where a dearly beloved family member or friend may trigger a particular memory.
- Using journaling techniques, we will create a picture of that memory and then return to another guided meditation and repeat the process, calling forth another family member or friend.
- We are on our way to assembling your own personal spirit support team, as we;
- Create a safe and sacred environment and tune into this vibrant energy to begin a dialogue.
- Connect or reconnect with your relatives, and become comfortable in the process.
- I will ask for a few volunteers to connect with a guide and share their experience.
